We are open Monday – Friday 8.45am – 3.00pm term time only.
- Morning session: 8.45am – 11.45am
- Afternoon session: 11.45am – 3.00pm
- All day 8.45am – 3.00pm (2 sessions)
Our current fees are £18 per session. (£18.50 ad-hoc)
You can also book ad-hoc sessions if we have availability, please give us at least 48 hours notice.
If you need extra hours please look at our Out of School Club pages as these sessions are available to children over 3yrs.
Consumables Fee – This fee will be charged every half term at:
- £15 for any child who attends core hours of 15hrs and under per week
- £30 for any child who attends core hours of 16-30hrs+ per week.

Late Collection of children- Please note that it is important for the children and staff that children are collected promptly. Whilst we appreciate that delays are sometimes unavoidable, we do reserve the right to charge to cover our costs, as staff may have to be paid overtime. There will be no charge for the first five minutes but a charge of £1 per minute thereafter. If you are going to be late collecting your child, you must notify the setting. Failure to do so will mean that the setting are obliged to contact the local authority children’s social care team. This is a legal requirement
Funding –
Here at Long Crendon Pre-School, we accept children who wish to access the 2, 3 or 4 year old funding. Funding for each age group can be accessed from the term after their respective birthday.
Based on your eligibility you can claim up to 15 hours which equates to 2.5 days or 5 mornings or 5 afternoons. 30 hours would equate to 5 days (8:45 – 3pm Monday to Friday)
Please note that funding can only be claimed against the Pre-School core hours which are 8:45 – 3pm.
